Our Process

1 Background Checks

GMED Nurse Staffing Solutions' 3rd party vendor provides comprehensive background checks based on the clinician's history and any state requirements. These reports can be customized for additional searches based on an individual client's needs.

2 Health Information

The QA team ensures that the clinician meets the medical requirements of both GMED Nurse Staffing Solutions and the client.

3 Drug Testing

All clinicians complete a 10 panel drug screen within 30 days of start.

4 Certifications and Competency Testing

Clinicians complete skills and competency-based testing, and obtain all certifications needed prior to start.
